What you will do Undertake Section 42 safeguarding enquiries in line with Care Act 2014 guidance.Carry out comprehensive risk assessments and develop person-centred safeguarding plans.Chair and contribute to strategy meetings, safeguarding conferences, and multi-agency discussions.Apply professional judgement in complex cases involving neglect, abuse, and exploitation.Complete Care Act assessments, reviews, and support plans where safeguarding concerns are present.Work collaboratively with adults, carers, and families to identify strengths, risks, and desired outcomes.Maintain accurate, high-quality case records and prepare reports in accordance with statutory requirements.Liaise closely with health professionals, police, housing, and other partner agencies.Participate in supervision, training, and service development activities.
