This role has been created due to recruitment challenges within the team.We are seeking qualified Social Workers with strong experience in adult social care, multi-disciplinary working, and strengths-based practice. The role involves working with adults with a range of care and support needs, ensuring effective assessment, planning, and safeguarding interventions.Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of adults within Adult Social CareUndertake strengths-based assessments and support planningWork within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver coordinated careCarry out safeguarding enquiries and risk assessmentsSupport adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex care needsWork in partnership with health services, voluntary organisations, and other agenciesMaintain accurate case records and documentation in line with statutory requirementsContribute to care reviews and ongoing support planningPromote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for service usersUse IT systems effectively for recording, reporting, and data managementParticipate in duty systems and respond to urgent adult safeguarding concerns Requirements: Social Work qualification (Degree or equivalent)Social Work England registrationExperience in Adult Social Care (essential)Strong understanding of safeguarding and relevant legislationExperience working in multi-disciplinary and multi-agency environmentsGood IT skills for case recording and information managementStrong communication, assessment, and report writing skills Why Work with Seven Resourcing?At Seven Resourcing, we go beyond recruitment.
