This enticing opportunity, starting in May for a year-long engagement, offers a competitive rate of £22.32 per hour via an Umbrella company, or £17.18 via PAYE. What you will do: - Lead and manage the Local Land Charges migration project from initiation through to completion. - Coordinate the migration of LLC data to HM Land Registry’s digital register in line with national standards and requirements. - Ensure all migrated data is accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant legislation, regulations, and HM Land Registry specifications. - Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are achieved within a high-intensity environment. - Prepare and present project updates, reports, and performance information to the Project Board and senior stakeholders. - Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies where required. - Work collaboratively with internal teams, system suppliers, and HM Land Registry representatives to support successful delivery. - Review and improve operational processes, identifying efficiencies in workflows and the use of systems. - Support and contribute to the implementation and administration of relevant software systems associated with the migration programme. - Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with governance requirements. About You: We are looking for someone with comprehensive knowledge of the Local Land Charges service, including relevant legislation and a proven track record working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Experience in HM Land Registry migration projects and software implementation will be crucial. Strong project management, organisational, and coordination skills are essential, alongside excellent communication abilities for managing stakeholders and presenting information to diverse audiences. Offering Legionella compliance and full water management services, we specialise in providing sensible and reliable water hygiene services to a wide range of industries.Full Job DescriptionAs a result of continued business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Legionella Risk Assessor with a minimum of 3 years’ experience, to deliver Legionella risk assessments and water hygiene consultancy visits to a variety of our clients, working across a wide range of building types including commercial, industrial and domestic type properties.
