Educate and counsel patients through workshops and one-on-one sessions to support communication needs. Identify and refer patients needing further medical or specialist intervention. Manage a defined caseload, prioritising workload to maintain high-quality service delivery. Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with Trust policies and professional standards. Collaborate with Audiologists, ENT colleagues, Hearing Therapists, and administrative staff to enhance team performance. Support the training and supervision of students and support staff, fostering a learning environment. Participate in service development, quality improvement projects, audits, and evaluations.
