What You’ll Be Doing Provide specialist speech and language therapy as part of a wider clinical team across both school and residential settings. Conduct detailed assessments, formulations, and interventions tailored to children and young people with neurodevelopmental differences, developmental trauma, and complex needs. Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, while actively contributing to EHCPs and educational planning. Offer expert guidance to school staff and residential care teams, enhancing their understanding of communication strategies and therapeutic approaches. Participate in regular case reviews, multi-agency collaboration, and reflective supervision. Contribute to shaping therapeutic environments that empower students to engage, grow, and succeed. Who We’re Looking For A HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist with a proven track record in working with children and young people. Strong experience in ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other communication difficulties. Excellent interpersonal and teamworking skills, with a proactive and confident approach to supporting colleagues. A skilled communicator, capable of building rapport with young people and their families. Previous experience in team supervision or training delivery is highly desirable.
