Apply today and start making an impact!What You’ll Need to be a Mentor: At least 5 GCSEs including English and Maths.Minimum of 6 months UK mentoring experience (including HLTA/TA/LSA work).A commitment to safeguarding and supporting mentees with SEN, SEMH, and other complex needs.Eligibility to live and work in the UK with no restrictions on working hours.Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one). Your Responsibilities as a Mentor: Delivering personalised mentoring sessions that engage, inspire, and help mentees progress toward their goals.Monitoring mentee progress and providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.Collaborating with parents, guardians, and schools to ensure appropriate mentee progression.Maintaining accurate session records through our virtual learning platform.
