This is a brilliant chance to join a major UK manufacturing business at a modern industrial site, working on heavy machinery with genuine long-term stability and progression available (including potential development into Team Leader for the right engineer).You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, fault-finding and repairs across a variety of industrial equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.Machinery: hydraulic rollers, saws, chippers, conveyor systems (roller & chain conveyors), steam kiln.Faults: Mechanical – hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, belts, gearboxes, chainsElectrical (basic) – sensors, motors Sector – Industrial / Manufacturing Maintenance Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial / manufacturing environment Requirements for the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
