Qualifications: A degree or equivalent in Social Work (e.g., BA or MA in Social Work).Registration with Social Work England.Previous experience working as a social worker within mental health services, ideally in a community setting.Strong knowledge of mental health legislation, including the Mental Health Act and Care Act.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with individuals who may be vulnerable or distressed.
