Key Responsibilities Clinical Practice & Patient Care Assess and treat patients requiring specialist hand therapy interventions Fabricate thermoplastic splints, demonstrating advanced practical skills Develop and implement individualised treatment plans Monitor progress and adapt interventions to optimise outcomes Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, consultants and wider MDT colleagues Contribute to case discussions and service improvement initiatives Maintain high standards of patient-centred care Service Delivery & Quality Improvement Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation Evaluate and continuously improve therapy interventions Uphold professional standards and organisational policies Community & Outreach Travel to client appointments as required (car driver essential) Deliver services across community and clinical settings Requirements HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist Experience within hand therapy services Competency in fabricating thermoplastic splints Strong assessment, treatment planning and clinical reasoning skills Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Perks and Benefits Competitive hourly rate of £27.00 Full-time, consistent working pattern Hybrid working (three days office-based) Ongoing professional development opportunities Opportunity to work within a diverse and supportive environment Gain valuable experience within a specialist hand therapy team Why Croydon?
