Job Opportunity: EHS Advisor Site Locations: Burnley & Nottingham Sector: Construction Employment Type: Full-time Join a Leading Construction Business This client is expanding and are looking for an experienced EHS Advisor to support key projects across their sites in Burnley & Nottingham. This will be a hybrid role where you will be working on site but also with some home working on occasion. What You’ll Be DoingAs the EHS Advisor, you will: Work with the Project Manager and Construction Team to implement the Integrated Management System.Ensure each site is set up with a robust Site‑Specific Construction EHS Plan.Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for High‑Risk Activities (HRA’s) and ensure effective controls on site.Assist in developing Risk Assessments, Method Statements and SOPs.Deliver training and communicate safety processes to site personnel.Promote “The Correct Way” and its integration with our health and safety culture.Investigate incidents, identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Is This Role for You?You should have: A relevant Health & Safety qualification.Experience working in an Environmental Health & Safety role.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.The ability to influence colleagues at all levels.A collaborative approach and enjoyment of working in a high‑performing team.Experience in Energy, Power & Renewables (desirable but not essential).
