This will be a hybrid role where you will be working on site but also with some home working on occasion.  What You’ll Be DoingAs the EHS Advisor, you will: Work with the Project Manager and Construction Team to implement the Integrated Management System.Ensure each site is set up with a robust Site‑Specific Construction EHS Plan.Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for High‑Risk Activities (HRA’s) and ensure effective controls on site.Assist in developing Risk Assessments, Method Statements and SOPs.Deliver training and communicate safety processes to site personnel.Promote “The Correct Way” and its integration with our health and safety culture.Investigate incidents, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
