Requirements: Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration. Significant post-qualifying experience within Care Leavers / Leaving Care services. Proven experience in team management or senior practitioner roles within children’s social care. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, safeguarding, and corporate parenting responsibilities.
