Who we are looking for: A professional with qualifications suited for Corporate Membership of the CIOB or equivalent.Rich experience in senior-level project management within building repair, refurbishment, and maintenance.An individual with strong knowledge of building contracts, financial control, and a firm grasp of CDM regulations.Someone with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills and a commitment to promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion.A holder of a full UK driving licence with desirable experience in NEC4, SFG20, FastDraft, Concerto, and CAD software, along with public sector knowledge. You will play a key role in the delivery of this major infrastructure project, working within a safe, high-performing and collaborative environment. Pay rate: £33.00PAYE Hours: Monday - Friday 7am-5pm + overtime potential Start Date: ASAP Lodge pay can be offered if the successful candidate meets the criteria.
