This is a hands-on position, not a hands-off supervisory role - you will be actively involved in fault finding, repairs, and continuous improvement across the plant.You will support junior engineers, help drive standards on site, and ensure machinery is running efficiently, but your primary focus will remain on practical engineering work rather than sitting behind a desk.
