Key Responsibilities Deliver autonomous, evidence-based occupational therapy to MSK inpatients focusing on rehabilitation and pain management. Complete comprehensive functional assessments and create personalised therapy plans. Provide posture management, discharge planning, and interventions that promote patient independence. Collaborate effectively with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and high-quality care. Maintain high clinical, professional, and supervisory standards within the service.
