Join the dynamic team in Storrington and enjoy a rewarding role with a competitive salary of £26,000 to £33,000 per annum.What We Offer: Funded CPD (Certificate funding available)Standard pension benefit40% staff discount for own petsEnhanced parental leave (6 months paid at 90%)Enhanced sickness benefit (2 weeks at 100%)Generous holiday (7 weeks, including bank holidays)Occupational health resources, including mental health support Working Hours:  4-day week, 10 hour working shifts (7.30am-6.30pm, 8.00am-7.00pm, 8.30am-7.30pm), totalling 40 hours. 1 hour lunch break.Equal rota for daytime in-patient care and help with emergencies over weekends and bank holidays. 2 days off in lieu of any weekends worked.
