Qualifications: Degree or equivalent qualification in Anatomical Pathology Technology, Biomedical Science, or a related healthcare discipline.Diploma in Anatomical Pathology Technology DAPT or equivalent recognised mortuary qualification.Evidence of postgraduate leadership or management development.Membership of a relevant professional body such as the Institute of Anatomical Pathology Technology IAPT is desirable. Experience: Significant senior-level experience within an NHS or accredited mortuary environment.Proven experience in leading mortuary services within a complex healthcare organisation.Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including Histopathology, Coroners, Bereavement Services, and external partner organisations.
