This is an exciting opportunity for two experienced Team Managers to join Orkney Islands Council Community Care Services for an initial 6-month locum contract, subject to review and potential extension. • Proven management experience in adult health, community care, or social care services, ideally within a local authority or NHS setting.

• Leadership skills with a track record of managing teams to deliver high-quality services.

• Workforce management experience, ensuring compliance with legislation.
