What You Will Do

• Support, supervise, and develop foster carers to ensure exceptional care for children in placement.

• Conduct regular visits and maintain communication with foster carers, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and agency policies.

• Assess, train, and guide prospective foster carers through the approval process.

• Monitor the progress and development of children in placement, collaborating with other professionals to meet their needs.

• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring clear communication within the team and with external agencies.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of the fostering service.
