What you will do:
- Conduct assessments and provide clinical management as a substance misuse prescriber.
- Deliver evidence-based prescribing services and contribute to the care planning process.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Evaluate treatment plans and adapt as necessary to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Maintain accurate client records using System One and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Work full-time hours, including a late night, to meet the needs of service users.

Requirements:
To thrive in this role, the successful candidate will need access to a System One smart card and have experience working within System One. Experience in substance use services as an independent prescriber is essential. This is a full-time role requiring commitment to providing superior care and flexibility with working hours, including evenings.
