We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef for a prestigious modern Italian restaurant in East London. This Sous Chef position is a fantastic opportunity to work with premium ingredients and master a charcoal grill in a high-energy, professional environment.
The Restaurant:
- Focus on expertly grilled meat and fish using a charcoal grill.
- Modern Italian cuisine with seasonal, fresh ingredients.
- Formal dining outlet within a renowned group.
- Structured service: closed between lunch and dinner.
The Ideal Sous Chef:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef, or Junior Sous Chef.
- A passion for high-quality ingredients, with knowledge of meat and fish.
- Experience in busy, high-volume kitchens.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to run sections and train junior team members.
- A stable CV and a collaborative, hard-working attitude.
Sous Chef Benefits:
