Role overview:
As Team Manager, you will provide leadership, oversight, and professional guidance to the Looked After Children Team, ensuring high-quality practice, compliance with statutory responsibilities, and positive outcomes for children and young people.

What you will do:

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of social workers within the Looked After Children service.
