Adult Social Worker – Community Mental Health Team in Bolton UK. Full time opportunity available in the Community Mental Health Team, earning £30 hourly on a locum basis, for a duration of 3 months. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Adult Social Worker to join our dynamic team in Bolton. What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients referred to the Community Mental Health Team, with a focus on delivering person-centred and holistic care.
• Develop and implement care plans tailor-made to meet each client’s unique needs, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
• support and intervention for individuals experiencing mental health crises, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate care.
• Liaise with families, caregivers, and external agencies to ensure coordinated and cohesive support networks for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring all documentation complies with legal requirements and best practice standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need 5 years of post-qualification experience, with evidence that the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) was completed within two years of qualifying. You must have at least 2 years' experience as a Social Worker (non-agency) specifically within a mental health team, with particular value placed on experience in an Older Adults Community Mental Health Team. A driver's licence is required, and you must be able to start within 4 weeks with 3 years of sound references and no gaps in employment.
