We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Service Wide Duty Support Team in Exeter. What You Will Do

• Provide vital duty support to teams during high-demand periods, ensuring immediate needs are addressed.

• Maintain clear, concise, and accurate records of all actions and interventions.

• Coordinate with Duty Managers to execute tasks efficiently and provide practical assistance.

• Stay up-to-date with policies and procedures, ensuring best practice across the service.

• Contribute to a supportive team culture, collaborating with colleagues to enhance service delivery.

Essential Criteria

• Minimum 3 years post-qualifying experience (PQE)

• Registration with Social Work England

Interview Process: Shortlisted candidates will complete a 30-minute online pre-interview assessment.

Office Base: County Hall, Exeter (1–2 days per week in the office)
