We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join a well-established neurological care centre in Ipswich, recognised for its excellence in complex disability, high dependency care, and slow-stream rehabilitation. With over 20 years of specialist experience, the centre provides exceptional, person-centred support to individuals with neurological conditions and brain injuries.

What You Will Do:

Provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring the delivery of the highest quality care centred on individual needs.

Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, aligning objectives with organisational strategy and values.

Maintain full compliance with CQC and other regulatory requirements as a Registered Manager.

Oversee budget management, ensuring efficiency and adherence to agreed staffing levels.

Take responsibility for recruitment, training, and performance management, fostering a skilled and motivated workforce.

Implement robust governance, quality assurance, and improvement frameworks to uphold service excellence.

Coordinate annual leave planning and workforce scheduling to maintain safe operational standards.

Engage in hands-on management to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to staff across the service.
About You:

Hold a QCF (NVQ) Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.

Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing registered care homes or equivalent services.

Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of CQC regulations and a strong track record in compliance and leadership.

Possess excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Hold a valid UK driving licence.
