What you will do:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and young people referred to the MASH Team.

Work collaboratively with other agencies to gather and share information critical to case decision-making.

Make informed decisions to ensure children receive necessary services and interventions.

Liaise with different professionals, including police, education, health services and others, to develop effective support plans.

Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for case reviews.

Participate in meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of services to improve outcomes for children.
