What you will do:
- Act as the first point of contact in our co-located MASH for referrals into Children’s Social Care.
- Work closely with partners including police, health services, and housing to assess and address the needs of children and their families.
- Build positive, impactful relationships with children and families, ensuring the support provided is effective and meaningful.
- Utilise your initiative and independence while contributing as an integral team member to improve service delivery.
- Stay at the forefront of best practice by engaging in training, learning from peers, and accepting constructive challenges.
- Navigate complex situations, making decisions that significantly influence and shape the lives of children and families.

Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant frontline experience within Children’s Social Services in the UK.
- Ability to work full-time to provide consistent and effective service.
