What you will do:
- Lead and manage a team of social workers, providing supervision and guidance to ensure effective safeguarding practice.
- Develop and monitor team plans to ensure the delivery of high-quality services aligning with organisational standards.
- Engage in complex case management to safeguard children and families within the community.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
- Contribute to strategic planning and service development to build on existing successes and drive future improvements.

Requirements for the Team Manager role:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Proven managerial experience, ideally as a Team Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Extensive frontline experience within Children's Services in safeguarding.
