What you will do:

• Manage a diverse caseload including Children in Need, Child Protection, Children Looked After, and perform assessment work.
• Undertake Family Help and statutory assessments, providing timely and high-quality analysis.
• Build positive relationships with children and families to ensure safety and promote positive change.
• Perform direct work with children, ensuring their voices are at the heart of all plans.
• Collaborate with multi-agency professionals to address children's needs.
• Contribute to safeguarding processes, including child protection investigations as required.
• Produce clear, analytical, court-ready reports and recordings.
• Participate in the duty rota to screen incoming referrals effectively.

About You:

• You are a Qualified Social Worker with registration at Social Work England.
• You have experience working within statutory children’s services and feel confident managing safeguarding cases and complex family situations.
• You possess knowledge of SEND, disability, and the impact of additional needs on children and families.
• Your assessment, analytical, and communication skills are top-notch.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritise effectively.
