Locum Social Worker – Central Community Team, Shropshire, £28.40 per hour, Hourly, Ongoing contract, Full-time

What you will do:
- Conduct face-to-face assessments with clients in the Central Shropshire area, providing high-quality support and advice
- Develop and implement care plans for individuals with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and older adults
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with legal and organisational standards
- Participate in training and development activities to keep your practices informed and effective

Requirements:
- Registered with Social Work England
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work
- Qualified experience as a Social Worker in the UK
- Ability to travel and conduct face-to-face assessments
- Completed Adult MOU form required for consideration
