Locum Social Worker - Cafcass in Coventry, Warwickshire and Northampton UK

What you will do:

- Engage with children creatively, placing their needs at the forefront of your efforts
- Conduct thorough assessments and compile high-quality reports, such as Section 7 reports, utilising your experience in public and private law
- Work remotely with a strong sense of accountability and excellent planning skills
- Maintain electronic case files with precise and consistent IT skills
- Travel to diverse locations for appointments and hearings, using your own vehicle
- Provide confident oral evidence in court independently
- Collaborate and negotiate effectively with other agencies and the Judiciary
- Communicate with clarity and gather essential information for effective analysis and recommendations
- Deliver focused, clear, and grammatically precise report writing
- Ensure safe and effective practices while working under pressure
