What you will do:

- Provide high-quality assessment and intervention services to children and families in the Enfield area.
- Work collaboratively with a team of committed and enthusiastic advanced practitioners and managers.
- Manage and oversee a team of social workers, including ASYE and apprentices.
- Mentor and support less experienced social workers, offering guidance and constructive feedback.
- Help develop meaningful and purposeful social work practices within the team.
- Contribute to Enfield’s journey from an OFSTED 'Good' rating to 'Outstanding'.
- Efficiently handle complex and high-risk cases, ensuring effective assessments.
- Write detailed analytical reports to meet tight timescales.
- Uphold and promote the welfare and safeguarding of children and young people.
