What you will do:

Recruit, train, and assess prospective adopters to ensure children are matched with loving and supportive families.
Support adopters through the family finding process to the matching panel, ensuring a seamless transition until the Adoption Order is granted.
Engage in family finding for every child in Leicester City who has a Placement Order, working collaboratively with the regional adoption agency Family Adoption Links.
Collaborate with colleagues during city centre workdays and participate in team meetings at the children's centre, sharing insights and strategies.
Maintain comprehensive records and reports, tracking the progress of adoptive placements.
