What you will do:
- Lead and manage a dedicated social work team in hospital settings, ensuring high standards of practice and client care.

Requirements of the Team Manager:
- Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Maintain current Social Work England registration.

- Possess significant frontline experience in Adults Services as a Team Manager, with a flair for dynamic leadership.
