What you will do:
- Practice with the support of three practice supervisors who provide direct supervision in areas such as mainstream fostering north and south, as well as assessment and training.
- Provide supervision to practice supervisors and offer quality assurance over work and assessments.
- Manage HR procedures related to staff, ensuring a productive and positive work environment.
- Undertake development initiatives for the service, maintaining a forward-looking and innovative approach.
- Report directly to the Head of Service, focusing on the recruitment and retention of foster carers.
- Engage with the community to support and develop fostering initiatives that meet local needs.
