What you will do

• Provide effective leadership and management to the Adult Mental Health Team.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery that meets legal regulations and local policies.
• Oversee case allocations and supervise social workers to ensure effective practice and team cohesion.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for service improvement and team development.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including healthcare providers and local authorities, to ensure coordinated care for individuals.
• Handle complex cases as needed, providing your expertise and support where required.
