What you will do:
- Lead and manage a team, providing supervision and guidance to ensure professional standards are maintained.
- Support and guide work with adults and their carers through a person-centred, strength-based approach to assessment, case management, and review.
- Hold and manage a small caseload of more complex cases, adjusting to team requirements.
- Ensure management information systems are accurate and updated regularly.
- Provide thorough casework monitoring and engage in consultation to uphold practical application standards.
