What you will do:

- Oversee the resolution of the most complex cases to maintain high service standards.
- Participate in the strategic planning of services, contributing valuable insights from your frontline experience.

To apply you should have:
- A degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Recent managerial experience as a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager.
- Substantial frontline experience in Children’s Services, showcasing your capability in handling challenging cases.
