What you will do:
- Assess the needs of individuals referred to social services, delivering tailored occupational therapy interventions.
- Collaborate with social workers and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive support plans.
- Provide expert advice to clients and their carers, helping them access available resources.
- Monitor and review ongoing therapies to ensure effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with statutory guidelines.

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Recent UK experience in a similar occupational therapy role.
- Experience within the NHS, providing a strong understanding of public healthcare dynamics.
- Current registration with the HCPC to ensure our compliance standards are met with professionalism.
