Location: Sittingbourne, Kent

Salary: Above market salary + Bonus + Car Allowance

Shift: Days Role

A unique opportunity for an ambitious Engineering Director to step into a high-impact Site Leadership role, reporting to the General Manager and shaping the future of engineering performance within a complex, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will lead the Engineering function, define and deliver a forward-thinking site-wide strategy, and drive world-class standards across maintenance, asset reliability, electrical and automation safety, and supplier partnerships, with high level responsibility for OPEX.

With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you'll champion Root Cause Failure Analysis, embed best practice, and build a high-performing team culture, all with the clear objective of reducing unplanned downtime and maximising asset performance. This role offers real influence, visibility, and the opportunity to make a lasting difference at site level, also with a clear progression for the future.

• High Level Engineering Leadership/Management Background

Requirements for the Electrical Site Engineering Director:

• Worked in an Industrial Manufacturing Environment
• Engineering Qualification
• Experience with Change Management / Changing Culture.
• Continuous Improvement / Root Cause Analysis background.

Desirable Requirements for the Site Engineering Director:

• Degree Level Engineering Qualification.
