Shuttering Carpenter

Location: Sunderland, SR7 9DR
Rate: £25.10 per hour CIS - weekly pay 
Start Date: ASAP

We are recruiting a Shuttering Carpenter in Sunderland, starting ASAP.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble formwork for concrete structures
• Position and secure formwork using tools like hammers, nails, and braces
• Install and tie steel reinforcement (rebar) as needed
• Collaborate with concrete workers, steel fixers, and site supervisors
• Safely dismantle formwork once concrete has cured

Requirements

• CSCS Blue Card – NVQ in Shuttering / Formwork
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test
