What You Will Do:

• Support the Assistant Team Manager and Team Manager in delivering person-centred services to adults with mental health challenges and their carers.
• Supervise and mentor staff, including Social Workers and Social Care Assessors, fostering a culture of high performance and best practice.
• Act as a Safeguarding Adult Manager (SAM) for S42 enquiries, ensuring compliance with safeguarding procedures.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 15 complex cases, providing high-quality professional service and interventions.
• Promote best practice standards across front-line operations and participate in the duty management rota to maintain continuous service delivery.
