What You Will Do:

• Manage a complex caseload within the fostering service, ensuring high-quality outcomes for children
• Supervise student social workers as a Practice Educator, providing mentoring and development support
• Offer guidance and professional support to team members
• Contribute to the borough’s Strategic Improvement Plan for Children’s Services
• Apply restorative and relational practice approaches using systemic tools
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet service priorities
• Support initiatives that improve outcomes for children, families, and care leavers
