What You Will Do:

• Support the Team Manager in managing the day-to-day operations and ensuring effective service delivery.

• Provide professional supervision and mentoring to social workers and team members, promoting best practice and continuous improvement.

• Undertake quality assurance reviews of assessments, support plans, and safeguarding documentation to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

• Manage duty calls, crises, and safeguarding referrals, ensuring prompt and effective responses.

• Chair key meetings, including MARAM and complex case discussions, ensuring coordinated and safe multi-agency decision-making.

• Hold a small caseload of complex cases, applying advanced assessment and care planning skills.

• Work collaboratively with partner agencies to promote integrated care, positive outcomes, and high-quality support for service users.
