An Outstanding primary school in Brent is seeking an ambitious and academically accomplished Graduate Teaching Assistant to join its dedicated team. The Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support class teachers in delivering engaging and inspiring lessons.
• Work with small groups to raise attainment in literacy and numeracy.
• Deliver targeted interventions to pupils requiring additional support.
• Provide one-to-one assistance where required.
• Support children with varying learning needs and abilities.
• Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
• Act as a positive academic role model for pupils throughout the school.

• A Russell Group graduate with a 1st Class or 2:1 degree.
• Strong academic credentials throughout GCSEs, A-Levels and university.
• A genuine passion for education and child development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
