The role

You will work closely with the individual site managers, providing leadership, commercial direction and operational support across both locations.

About you

  • Proven multi-site food and beverage or hospitality management experience.

  • Strong commercial understanding, including labour, stock and margin control.
  • The ability to coach and develop managers while maintaining accountability.
  • A hands-on, visible leadership style.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety, licensing and health and safety standards.
  • Experience managing seasonal, high-volume or seven-day operations.
