What you will do:

• Manage a defined caseload, developing and reviewing individual recovery plans in line with service user goals and needs
• Undertake triage, screening, and comprehensive assessments, including risk assessments and safeguarding plans
• Deliver structured one-to-one sessions and group-based psychosocial interventions to promote recovery and resilience
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including mental health services, GPs, housing providers, and criminal justice agencies

Person Specification:

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, or a willingness to work towards obtaining it
• A Level 3/4 qualification in Substance Misuse, Counselling or a related field is desirable

Registration & Compliance:

• An enhanced DBS check is required
• Working knowledge of safeguarding procedures and the Care Act 2014
• Understanding of CQC standards and data protection requirements is essential
