What you will do:
- Manage a defined caseload, developing and reviewing individual recovery plans in line with service user goals and needs
- Undertake triage, screening, and comprehensive assessments, including risk assessments and safeguarding plans
- Deliver structured one-to-one sessions and group-based psychosocial interventions to promote recovery and resilience
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including mental health services, GPs, housing providers, and criminal justice agencies
Person Specification:
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, or a willingness to work towards obtaining it
- A Level 3/4 qualification in Substance Misuse, Counselling or a related field is desirable
Registration & Compliance:
- An enhanced DBS check is required
- Working knowledge of safeguarding procedures and the Care Act 2014
- Understanding of CQC standards and data protection requirements is essential
