What you will do:

  • Facilitate service user integration into community recovery support networks and mutual aid groups, promoting resilience and empowerment.

  • Engage with a network of professionals, including prescribing clinicians, to enhance service users' treatment plans and overall well-being.

  • Implement harm reduction strategies, ensuring service users have access to critical health education and support resources.
