What you will do:

Coordinate and oversee a designated group of service users, providing comprehensive assessments, tailored recovery plans, and regular reviews.

Develop individual recovery strategies using motivational interviewing and recognising psychosocial interventions for substance misuse issues.
Facilitate service user integration into community recovery support networks and mutual aid groups, promoting resilience and empowerment.
Engage with a network of professionals, including prescribing clinicians, to enhance service users' treatment plans and overall well-being.
Implement harm reduction strategies, ensuring service users have access to critical health education and support resources.
