Role Responsibilities

Triage incoming safeguarding concerns to ensure timely and effective responses.

Conduct assessments under Section 42 of the Care Act, determining appropriate safeguarding actions.

Evaluate risk and implement robust safeguarding plans to ensure the safety and wellbeing of adults at risk.

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive safeguarding interventions.

Maintain accurate, high-quality records to support accountability and transparency.

Undertake travel across Lincolnshire for home visits, assessments, and direct client engagement.
