Production Operative in Haslingden, North West

Recruit4staff are representing an established print and packaging manufacturing business in their search for a Production Operative to work in Rossendale

Job Details:

• Pay: £13.22 per hour
• Hours of Work: Double-day shift pattern. Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm / Monday to Thursday 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm | Friday 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm
• Duration: Temp to Perm
• Benefits: Training & development opportunities

Job Role: The Production Operative will be responsible for packing products in line with company standards, assisting with machine operation duties, supporting various departments, learning to set and operate manufacturing machinery, and adhering to all site regulations and procedures.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing experience or transferable skills from a similar environment
• A positive attitude towards work and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• A background within the print and/or packaging industry
