What you will do:
- Provide comprehensive mental health assessments to male inmates, delivering high standards of care.
- Develop and implement tailored care plans, working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions, including crisis intervention, as needed.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all patient interactions and treatment plans.
- Work collaboratively with prison officers and healthcare staff to ensure the well-being and safety of all individuals within HMP Oakwood.
- Participate in meetings and contribute towards the ongoing improvement of mental health services in the prison environment.
