We’re recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to earn up to £18.39 per hour. Career progression, flexible shifts and overtime opportunities available.

Warehouse Operative pay: 

£12.56 – £18.39 per hour

Warehouse Operative role: 

• Primarily using PPT/LLOP trucks
• Upskill training to use Reach and VNA trucks
• Using pick equipment to complete order before transporting to loading.
• Loading and unloading of deliveries.
• Picking orders within set time frames, ensuring all picking standards have been met.
• Using manual handling best practices to lift up to 20 kilos as part of the picking process. Items are grocery products.
• Be flexible and committed to providing excellence in all aspects, with a keen eye for detail.
• Be able to demonstrate a proactive approach when planning and be able to react positively to day-to-day challenges.
